All the juicy goodness of the 6-week group condensed into a three hour Saturday Zoom workshop!
This space is for any woman who has experienced a life shake up, transition or loss, or perhaps is just not where she thought she would be in life by now. A place to process in community, use writing to release what is no longer needed, to witness and be witnessed so you can find your power again. The three hours will include poetry and other inspirational writing to spark conversation, thematic conversations and writing prompts as well as time to write/process/share with the group if you choose to. No writing experience required.
Themes can include: Grief, Anger/The Wild Woman Within, Shoulds vs. Desires, Allowance, The Answer is Within You, Being the Ultimate Creator.

Six Week Workshop:
